A four pole double throw lever switch. The centre position is the 'off' position.

The Ormond range of lever switches covered from a single pole to 6 poles and the prices varied from 3 shillings (single pole) up to 7 shillings (6 pole).

Ormond also had one of the best box designs (in my opinion!) - a beautiful red and yellow sunburst pattern.
