A baseboard
mounting, flat cased capacitor. Edison Bell's range of fixed capacitor
covered 0.0001uF through to 0.004 uF and were rated at 500 volts.
Length 60mm
and width 25mm (not including metal lugs).
Each capacitor
included a test slip of paper with hand-written confirmation of the
capacity and the person who calibrated it.
These capacitors
were available throughout the 1920's through to the early 1930's.
